Mission
The mission of the Center for Faculty Development (CFD) is to support the College’s mission to serve and support faculty as teachers, as scholars and professionals, and as persons. The CFD promotes and supports teaching and learning excellence by anticipating and responding to the needs of the Min-Hwei faculty in their multiple roles of teaching, engaging in the activities of professional achievement and growth.
Services
The CFD offers regular workshops and conferences on topics related to teaching and professional development. All programs are designed to enhance and inform the life of the faculty and staff as educators. The CFD also hosts a campus-wide reception for new faculty, to improve and support teaching at Min-Hwei Junior College of Health Care Management.
